We did not create all the designs and therefore do not have the right to reprint all of them.

Where can I find your products?

We sell our products via many different retailers throughout the U.S. and Canada. For the location of the retailer nearest you, please fill out our contact form, and provide with your name and zip code. Don’t forget to provide your return e-mail address so that we can respond via e-mail.

We will search our database for the best source nearest you. If a satisfactory source cannot be found, we will e-mail you alternative instructions for placing orders.

Though most of your favorite Yasutomo products can be found at your preferred art supplies retailer, not all items will be available. For those hard-to-find items, check out our online store https://shop.yasutomo.com/. We currently only ship to the U.S. and Canada.

If you receive any items that are damaged, please contact the Amazon seller listed. Yasutomo does not fulfill orders placed through Amazon, and is not responsible for damage to the product or packaging.
