WC208 – Authentic Japanese Gansai 8 Color Set

Semi-opaque paints made with vibrant, high-grade, finely ground pigments.

Gansai watercolors are intended for washi paper but work well on all watercolor papers. Gansai can be mixed with sumi inks as well as watercolors or water-based inks. The unique binder allows color to bond to washi paper so it won’t smudge once dry. Made in Japan.

WC216-58 – Pale Gold Japanese Watercolor

The pigments are ground more finely than Western watercolors and have less binder, which makes them highly pigmented. They can be used along with Western watercolors to produce unique effects.
