Made in the Kumano region of Japan, which is well known for consistent perfection in brush making. This stencil brush works particularly well with Niji Pearlescent Watercolor sets (NPWC16 & NPWC21), and is included in the Shimmer & Shine Pearlescent Paint & Stencil Kit (PWCSK1).
