This 48 sheet rice paper pad makes a great student sumi-e painting sketch pad. Great for use in Sumi-E, calligraphy and paper crafts. Printmakers prefer its absorbency, strength and versatility. Painters like it for ink, watercolor and lettering. Artists also use it for rubbing techniques. Made with long fibers, making them strong enough to hold up to a variety of art processes. One side is very smooth and the reverse is a rough finish.
