These tools are handcrafted by master knife and blade-makers from Yoshiharu Sanyu, a century-old company that began in Kyoto, the cultural capital of Japan. Known for their specialty in curved knives and blades, each piece from this manufacturer is hand-inspected for quality before shipping.
